In line with UK and Scottish Government guidance our office building is now closed to the public. However, we do remain fully open for business and all departments are manned and able to assist with any legal enquiry you may have.
We understand that our clients will be concerned to know that their affairs are being managed, and we remain committed to continuing our highly regarded service to the extent possible in these most difficult and challenging circumstances.
All of our staff have been asked to remain safe at home while the current lockdown continues but continue to process current work and deal with new enquiries.
Client meetings can be arranged by telephone, or via appropriate technology such as video conferencing. Our reception telephone continues to operate on 01463 236 123 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday Please contact us before sending anything via a postal or courier service to our offices. Please call and you will be transferred to the member of our team who will be able to help. Alternatively, we can still be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to emails as soon as possible.
If you are an existing client and are already in touch with a particular member of our team please continue to communicate with them in the same way.
As we settle into this new way of working we have to acknowledge that there may be a short delay in responding to you as you would expect but we will continue to do our best to avoid any break in service to our clients in these challenging times.
